Meal Prep Sunday

It is an excuse that I hear a lot “I am too busy to eat healthy” that cannot be farther from the truth! All it takes is a little planning, some tupperware and an hour. It is simple and you’ll have at least four meals.

No more excuses.

I like to go to my local farmer’s market on Sunday mornings and stock up on fresh local produce, meats, and eggs and then wander home and cook for an hour. I was fortunate enough to pick up garlic scapes, salmon, chicken, broccoli, and asparagus.

I am not to post any recipes along with this because it is very simple to cook a chicken breast and steam broccoli. This is meant purely as inspiration!



It is just so simple! I like to draw little hearts on the eggs that are hardboiled and store them all together. Not only is it convenient, it is also cute and makes me smile when I look at them!
